Hi folks,

I removed the A2 front sight base from my 16" barrel, and have ordered a low-profile gas block to install in it's place.

That said, how do you insure that the gas hole in the barrel lines up exactly with the hole on the gas block when installing it ?

Thanks.

Thanks for the links.

I read through those, and am still a bit unclear on how some of those techniques work.
How do you use a pencil to make it work ? Do you just mark the barrel at a spot you can see when sliding the gas block on ?
