Is there a special technique to doing this? Putting the AR together was a breeze but I seem to be struggling with getting the ladders on. I've tried "popping" them on & I've tried pushing them from the end & they seem too tight. I feel like I'm going to tear them up. Any suggestions?

Heat them with a blow dryer or soak them in hot water. Makes them more flexible.

Then do you push them on from the end or snap them on?

Blow drier/heat gun. Heat just enough to make them pliable and install.

Get a pair of needle nose pliers...  This helped me to turn up one edge of my rail panels and they popped ontot he rails.

Hopefully you're trying to install them into the SLOTS because thats where they fall when installed.   Not on the rails themselves.

Something doesnt sound right about using pliers on a rail you're trying to get "rail protectors" onto
