What are some favorites around here, besides the lmt.

I have the DD Buis, I like it..........my other rifle has a Troy folding buis.

A friend of mine has the DD fixed sight and a Troy flip up BUIS and I really like them both. I personally like a flip up sight, so I would go with the Troy. I am going to be replacing my Pro-Mag sight with a Troy very soon.

Im the friend haha. I like the DD, it serves the purpose. I also have a Troy riding behind my EOTech. If your planning on getting optics, go with the Troy, if not the DD will serve you well and you cant beat the price. Aim had .01 shipping on it also.

My favorite are my two Troy on my carbines, Troy pics are in current page 1 of the Official AR15.com Picture Thread Part 20!

My other BUIS are LMT, KAC 300m, and Magpul MBUS.

I really like my arms 40L same plane. I run it with an Aimpoint comp ML3 so I keep it flipped up most of the time anyway. I still like having the option to fold it down. Just curious, why you leaning towards a fixed rear sight?

For fixed, I prefer the LaRue.
For a folder, KAC is hard to beat.

I think there is a reason that both Noveske and LaRue rifles use Troy sights.

(...and S&Ws, and LWRCs, and Spike's, and BCMs...)

This. Though why would you run the 300 over the 200-600 if given the choice?
