There is a white plastic insert on the inside of the knobs that you tighten the carry handle with. The knob is also FAT, it isn't the skinny profile you normally see.





The elevation drum is marked four times " 0 - 5 - 15 - 20 " 25 clicks per revolution and 52 clicks of elevation adjustment.





The windage knob is marked "NM"





There are no other markings.





Anyone know what brand it is?
