where can I find it for the cheapest price?  I don't want the M193 spec ammo.  I just want the 55 gr FMJ plinking loads.

THANKS!

Ah, found out that there's an updated ammo price guide!  Is there a new version of Wolf .223 ammo?  There's a black box and something called military classic.  What's the difference?

Buy a little first and make sure it works for you.

Hmm, I'm beginning to see that, man.  Wolff is still iffy.

6yrs here and you're just learning about Wolf?

Leave him alone, He's Bill Curtis and he just found the Internet.

Wolf rocks.  Any gun that won't shoot wolf should be turned in for cash.  Great ammo.  Just clean your weapon every now and then.  ARs more often than AKs of course.

I never bothered with Wolff or paid attention to those threads, because I was concentrating on buying XM193.  Have 6K of the stuff, plus about 2k in SA.  However, ammo prices being what they are, I need a cheaper alternative.

Wolf isn't the only cheap steel-cased ammo, you know.  If you're buying from AIM, I would suggest you go with the Silver Bear or Brown Bear instead.  Hotter, cleaner, and more accurate.

Hmm, Brown Bear seems to be better in the reliability department and cleaner.  Shit, why doesn't it have a larger following?

Buy a small amount first. I used to shoot wolf and wolf mc all the time, till my rifle stopped liking it. Now I have 500 rounds of wolf mc I cant use.

It does love Barnaul, Silver Bear and Brown Bear though.

The only el cheapo ammo I run anymore is silver bear.  Not nearly as anemic as wolf, more accurate in my ARs and never a hiccup.

I don't have anything against wolf, just like silver bear better.

Harder to get in large quantities by dealers/distributors. Getting ammo to resell at good prices has been tough the last couple of years.
