I think I see it, if I squint real hard, like this.

Looks like a lower third to me.

Hey BOOM,

That is pretty cool.

That's awesome, but won't that bright fiber optic triangle or donut be too annoying to make it worth while?

I'm glad you got a mount that works for your Reflex. If Grant at G&R sees this, he might pass the idea on to Mark LaRue I bet.

It looks invisible there, but I've had a reflex in a completely dark enclosed room and the dot was fully lit, I've also had it outside and it remained fully lit. I don't see the wash-out people speak of. I am red/green colorblind, I've heard that makes a difference but I do not know for sure. Whats going on?

I shoot outdoors, no indoors, and since our gov't has the fantastic notion guns shouldn't be used for defense purposes, a light is no worry. The idea of no batteries is a turn on too. I tinkered with a CQT at the range today, and for its capability seemed way too big, and clumsy. An ACOG is out of my price range for now, but a good red dot (Aimpoint, EOTech, or Reflex) would be ideal. And just when I was settling, the aimpoint magnifier came out. :P

The conditions that might make a reflex wash out also happen to be the same conditions that iron sights work best in.

That's really great. I've been trying to get my Reflex off the factory mount and the thing is loctited so hard on there, the screws won't budge.

Any hints on screw removal without making them useless?
