This is so strange, I can find lower blueprints everywhere, is seems everybody has one in their pocket, their desk drawer, pinned to their calenders, but nobody knows where to get an upper receiver blueprint, can this truly be?
    Maybe it is a conspiracy, get all these people to build their own lowers first, then when it comes time to build an upper, boom, they have to go buy one.  Guess I will just start welding some old motorcycle exaust pipes together until I get it right.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
