who makes a bipod thats, U.S. made,pans,cants,folds up ataches to a rail or stud ?

Series "S": Rotates to either side for instant leveling on uneven ground. Hinged base has tension adjustment and buffer springs to eliminate tremor or looseness. They are otherwise similar to non-rotating Series. Available for ALL models except the "H" model.

I would not call that paning.

The Caldwell brand of bipods pan left and right, but am not sure of the country of manufacture. I think they look cheezy, personally.

Would much rather have a bipod that cants, rather than pans.

I love my Harris with the swivel. Costs about $75, and has multiple attachment methods available.
