I'm a retired machinist with my home shop in my (of all places) HOME. Actually my Bridgeport and big lathe are in my basement, along with other machinery. I'm out in the country with no zoning to worry about. I can open any door or window and shoot without fearing hitting anyone/anything. I'd like to get a C3 Manufacturing license so I can build my own guns and play with some designs for rapid firing stuff. Any ideas on this ?  Will Bro say I can't do it bcuz I'm not already a business. Will Bro say that I won't be able to sell enough guns into the economy for them to 'bother' issuing a license ?
