I just can't justify the cost of a beta mag compared to say 4 standard 30rd mags. Sure the Beta looks cool but to be honest for most of my shooting even 30rd mags are too much.

I don't have any high capacity mags but I have a few reduced cap mags. All my magazines are standard capacity!

I have a couple of Beta's, but only because they are so much fun on full auto..

standard 30-rd mags are fine.

I'd rather have 20 USGI 30 round mags than a BETA...

Mine only holds 87 rounds!

I guess I'm not cool like you.

Got way more than 20

But somehow managed to end up with three beta mags, and if we're including AK stuff there are a half dozen chinese 100 round drums around here somewhere, not to mention the four 100 round drums for the RPD.

I do, to say the least. But in true Arfcom tradition, I chose BOTH!

So do I but I would still rather buy 20 more instead of a Beta-Mag...

I think he means magazines that hold more than 30 rounds.

I have one of those plastic snail drums that holds something like 100 rounds, I have never actually used it.

I know! I have a BETA C also. Never had the chance to use it though!

Well, can you tell me where to get hi-cap mags for a .22 Lever-action and a snub-nosed .38? Cause that's all I have....everything else was lost in a horrible boating accident while hunting gators on Lake Michigan last December.
