Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How long are Magpul XT texture Rail Covers?

Hello all...

While i sit here and contemplate wether I want a Carbine length rail or Midlength rail, i have already decided that I prefer the MagPul XT rail covers over any of the others that I have seen.

I searched, and couldnt find anything on this, in addition to MagPul and several of their retailers sites.

Just how long are these XT rail covers? are they long enough to cover a midlength quad rail?>

Yes, if you put them on a carbine length rail, you will have to cut them. If you put them on a midlength, they wont cover the entire rail, but they will cover nearly all of them.
