I recently built a M4 rifle from a kit that I got at J&T Distributors. I love the kit, however i regret not getting the flattop.

I would like to switch out my A2 upper reciever to a flat top.  How hard would this be, or is it even possible?

Thanks,
akman

Shouldnt be too hard, jus unassemble it and switch uppers. Get the right tools for the job though. Barrel Wrench, Vise block, roll pin punches. And take your time and do it right.

Dude, Pretty simple. Push the pins, take it off.......put the flat top on, push in the pins. Just like you did when you built the M4.

Got the right address - www.brownells.com - if you don't have some of these things?

Just follow these instructions, but instead of putting in a new barrel, just put the old barrel in a new upper:
