How does your PWA lower mate to your upper? my brand new PWA is kinda loose and I think I need Accuwedge. That kinda suck considering its brand new lower & upper.

I have two from RB Precision and both were extremely tight, almost tighter than I like.  I have to use a delrin push pin to get the rear pin out.  Both have milspec upper receivers mounted on them, one is a Fulton Armory and the other is milspec from RRA or someplace like that.  The combo of parts on yours may be just right to make them loose, or my combo makes them tight, who knows.

Had a Bushmaster upper on my PWA, now have an LMT upper on it.  Both fit tight, not too tight, but just right.

To tell you the truth you never know how your upper and lower are gonna fit together no matter what brand upper/lower you use.  It is a crap shoot.

The only sure way to get a nice tight fit is to do what I do, when you buy the lower also buy a hand matched upper at the same time.  Or take your chances.

That would be my guess as well.  Tolerances in the lower plus/minus the tolerances in the upper make for an unpredictable fit.

I own two PWA lowers. One is an older preban and the other I just purchased from RB Precision a few months ago. The preban lower fits my LMT upper very well, just about perfect. The new lower is very tight, but I'm sure it will loosen up with time.

I have two. One bought 01/00 and the other last August from RBP for the 9/13 celebration rifle. The pins on the older one are on the tight side, but the last one is a perfect fit. Not too tight, but no play.

My 1993 vintage PWA fits fine.  It has been paired with many uppers over the years...

My RRA Uppers have no play on both of my PWA lowers.
