I'm looking for a Rock River upper at the Tulsa gun show
and would like to be sure it's made by them and not a knockoff.

saw them with the rra logo on the rear of the upper rails

You can still get them without t-marks or logo from certain dealers.

Before they started laser etching the uppers, the only markings was a letter, a number, and a letter on top of the chamber. Nothing else on the upper or barrel from what I've seen.
