OK, I opened the box and saw pretty much the same thing you have on yours. Now what?

OK mine has the 02 stamp so it was made in 2002. What month? for lot 29? thanks

Lot is the # for what lot was made or batch #. No way of knowing what month, why do you ask? This ammo will out last you in the right climate.

I have plenty of XM193 (Lot 6) dates '00 to '01, but it is packed in white boxes, not the usual brown. Any significant difference between them?

I "think" the white box stuff was around before the brown box stuff.

I think you might be right. But, if it has been shot (as M855) and reloaded since '00, unless it was stored improperly it should be OK.
