I have seen balistics test on Handgun ammo but not on .223/5.56 does any one have any links and does it matter if I'm using it for practice or is it just a if SHTF ammo, and I know this is an ammo question but it's been sitting there for awhile with no reply's.

best ammo for the ar on a wide spectrum "if your barrel can stabilize it, you'll need 1:7, 1:8 , 1:9 twist" is a .75gr boat tail hollow point
