I believe Tula makes it. If your gun likes wolf or tula this stuff will be fine.

The 45ACP I got from Cabelas is made by Tula. It works fine in my Colt Combat Commander.
I must be a lucky guy as 9mm Wolf black box works in both my P226 and P95, the 223 stuff works in my Mini-14 and MP15, and the 308 works in my Poly M14 and PTR-91. The 22lr I bought 20 years ago was absolute crap. |

I think that Cabela's bought the Herters name out of bankruptcy a few years ago, so it's just private labelled ammo.
