 I have a carbon fiber ar upper,(carbon 15 mod 4)  I dont like it without the forward assist or dust cover.
I plan on putting on a  flat top upper. I would like to use one with the m4 cutout. So what would I need to complete this job? I have a pinned brake and dont want to take it off. Im also changing, I would like to put a free float but know I would have to unpin the upper. Would I be better off just selling my upper in EE and getting a new one? (still have to buy the ar tools also)
