I mounted a Leupold scope on my A3 today and I seem to be having problems getting the crosshairs level. I have checked to make sure everything is mounted correctly and it is, now heres the problem. I shoot comfortably right and left handed. I generally shoot right handed, so as I mounted the scope thats how I leveled it. Wellll, I switch to left hand shooting and the cross hairs are noticably crooked. I layed the rifle on a flat surface and looked through the scope  as I would right handed(without touching it) and every thing is level. I switch eyes as if shooting left handed and crooked. Is this a optical illusion or what? Any help would be preciated.

Set up a level horizontal target, like a proven level fense rail, check it with a level. Put some distance on it and level your rifle against the target. Use a level on your flat top. This may help you prove your set up. Horizontal cross hair right on the rail. Everything lined up.
