I know i asked this question in my other post but what would be a great model of an AR15 out of a manufacturer be? One with these Features: Chrome lined barrel, 1:7 Twist, 5.56 NATO, 18 inch barrel with quad rail, or a gun that is really big, because I have bigger hands and long arms. Thank you!
Flat top with rear and front iron sights! :D

Stay clear of bear creek. They were formally named Moore machine company. Changed named because of lousy guns. Go psa.

(Armalite ) thats what AR stands for and they  hang with the best of the AR guns and just a little more $ then a Bushmaster. Got my Armalite m15 new from local shop for $799

Why do you want 1/7 twist with a 18" barrel?  A 1/8 might be more useful.

I would go with a Palmetto State Armory build if that is something you're looking for. PSA has many options to choose from and their quality has been top notch from my personal experience.

Here are a couple of their 18" railed barreled upper assemblies to choose from.

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/barreled-upper-assemblies/psa.html

ETA: This one has 1:7 twist, 5.56 NATO, rail system, and is heavy.

This is good advice. PSA has a TON of options, get yourself a complete lower and then pick an upper that fits your needs.
