My M4 stock become loose after some shooting,
I tried to tighten the "ring" behind the lower receiver, but it doesn't move a bit!!!
How can I fix this thing?

use a castle nut/stock wrench.

Legal Transfers, Eagle Firearms, RB Precision, Brownells, etc. Go to the equipment exchange and find the dealers selling 6-position stocks and they will usually have the wrenches listed as well.

Ok is the tube coming loose or is it just the plastic part of the stock?

(I had this very same question, and many sites would interchange the terms used to describe the nuts and wrenches and I was confused)

Same here, bought mine from Bushmaster.

Used it the other day to tighten my RRA telestock.

Got mine from the EE for $6. Thought I'd tighten mine a lot. The wrench tightened it a very small amount beyond what I did using a screwdriver and tapping it with a hammer. But for $6 I never have to risk scratching my lower again.
