Legal Transfers, Eagle Firearms, RB Precision, Brownells, etc. Go to the equipment exchange and find the dealers selling 6-position stocks and they will usually have the wrenches listed as well.

Ok is the tube coming loose or is it just the plastic part of the stock? |

Same here, bought mine from Bushmaster.
Used it the other day to tighten my RRA telestock. |

Got mine from the EE for $6. Thought I'd tighten mine a lot. The wrench tightened it a very small amount beyond what I did using a screwdriver and tapping it with a hammer. But for $6 I never have to risk scratching my lower again.
