So wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year, I got lucky and have been down with bronchitis since just before the New Year.
Anywho starting off to be a good year, after getting over the crud.
Was able to hit the range today, 57 degrees in January in Kansas is RARE!
Rebuilt a few rifles that I will get pics posted of, made them more retro correct
Damned RBRD was eating me alive about these not being correct
And stopped at Cabela's for some supplies and got me a Stevens model 67 E that will be one of 2 retro shotguns that I am going to be working on. The other is a Winchester model 12.
Again damned RBRD
Will get pics of everything posted as soon as I can get them taken.
Also anyone who has been trying to touch base with me I'm sorry, as stated been sick as a dog and trying to ballistically launch a lung across the room. I will be getting in touch with you shortly.

Good to have you back amongst the living Bro!

Better not give "Blondie" a chest cold. It'd kill her! (My apologies to you and her but that was an easy laugh so I went for it!)

Had the same crap Bro and it hung on forever! Antibiotics didn't do sheet but make my wallet lighter.

I was sicker than TWO dawgs. If one dawg was that sick he woulda died!

Welcome back, and thanks again for the help with the bolt stops. I'll post pics when I get them back from John Thomas from refinish.

Happy New Year! Rriggs. Good luck on the builds. Glad you're feeling better. Not the best 2012 for me either. Ex-dentist broke one of my teeth 2 yrs ago and I ended up having to have it surgically removed by a $2K oral specialist. Appears they left a root in there and the statute of limitations has expired. Whole thing reminds me of watching the Hatshepsut story on the history channel. What licks, it was my good tooth and absolutely nothing was wrong with it. Went for a normal cleaning and then oops. I'm beginning to see why many humans lose their cool.

No worries Cal30M1, read that to everyone at dinner and a couple people almost spit beer out laughing!

Everyone else, thanks for the "welcome backs" and I will get pics up in the morning.

Glad yall liked it. I'd hate to piss you off! You have GUNS!

Sometimes the written word does not convey the hilarity of things as they were meant and can be taken as insulting.

Yall just remember that I'm a 47 year old Beavis and/or Butthead and nearly everything I type will try to elicit a chuckle or two. (hehehe he said member)
