Its made by Oly but the logo is a Wolf (a picture of a Wolf) and has the word Wolf below the logo, the other marks are: Fay, NC. Ser # is C000XX it has a baked on finish.

I have never seen or heard of this before. How about you guys?

Oly has OEMed lowers for several small manufacturers over the years.  I've never seen or heard of that one, though.

I live in PA and there's a gun shop around here (Classic Pistol) that sells ARs with their logo on the lower.  The lowers are manufactured by Olympic Arms.
