valdada.com has them for $695.
There's one on the Equip.Exchange for $595.

I spoke to one of the guys from Valdada/IOR, last year.  He was real excited about this scope.
Said it was their response to the Leo CQT.

I think it's just what the M14/M1A needs...

Close but no cigar.

What that really is, is the East European Copy of the U.S. Optics SN-4.

They visited the SHOT show USO booth last year and took a look at the SN-4. You will note that many of the features are the same, and unlike the CQ/T, this scope does not have an integral mount, but a modified copy of the Badger Ordnance rings.

I use a SN-4 now but intend to purchase this one for another rifle i am ordering as it has a smaller MOA in both reticals not that my SN-4 is to big and top knob is not so tall to prevent me from mounting a doc sight on top just for fun.The Quality is probably not par with USO but as good atleast as a loopy.

It might just work out. These guys have scopes that are improving as we speak. Let me know how it works out when you have had a chance to test it.
