Which M-4/A-3 carbines have triangular versus circular handguard caps?

I'am lookin to mount a surfire M-500 on the one I plan to purchase but want to install the M-500 which also has the LED light.

Any help would be great.

Why would you need triangle handguard caps?  The M500 will mount onto the round ones, IIRC.  It is, after all, just a handguard set with a light permanently attached to it.
