H&K G41 40 round mags.

Anyone ever use these for AR's. They hold 40 rounds and are made in Germany, looks great qualitywise and I saw them at a Gun show for $45 each brand new.

Isn't the G41 a 7.62 caliber weapon? Do you mean in an AR10?

Nope, they are available in 556.

I fired it tonight, and it is awesome. Very smooth and the metal follower on it does not tilt at all, stays flat better than the green followers. They are available in 20,30 and 40 round mags.

I just cant find anyone that sells it on line. I can get a few more locally though.

I didn't realize HK made/was making 40 rounders (or 20s for that matter). I'd gladly pay you a "surcharge/finder fee" if you could pick up a couple for me.

Can you confirm that the mags that you are referring to hold [b]40[/b] rounds?

Howdy Dan, I went to try to pick a few more up at the GUn show. Apparently that guy does only the Houston shows.

I will see him in Feb.(We had gotten a few 30's so far from him not wanting to findout the 40's didnt fit because I never heard or seen these)

I believe HK's stie lists 40 available, but I just havnt found anyone that sells the 40 round versions.
