needless to say i'll never touch loctite again.
i have a larue LP gasblock on a noveske barrel.
the allen screws on the gasblock wont budge so i knock out the gastube pin and take off the gastube.
well thats dumb. since im putting on a larue freefloat rail i have to remove the gasblock too.
so i heat the screws and gasblock with a propane torch. get them pretty hot, and use a allen head on a screw driver, it snaps off in one of the allen bolts, so i ahve 2 that are loc-tited in there real good, and the other has a broken peice stuck in it.
what do i do, i can't find any left handed drill bits but i dont think that would help much.
the heat didn't seem to help. im kinda of afraid to damage the screws anymore that it would be ahrder to get them out. i'm prepared to destroyt he gasblock if i have to, i just don't want to damage my precious barrel.
what can i do. i'm considering shipping it off to be fixed but id rather not.
oh and i'm pretty sure the other screw is beginning to strip out.
