I used a delrin punch.

When I pushed the rear pin it just kept going. but I did Not go all the way
to the larger part of the punch.

Should I push it that far? The smaller circumference of the punch is almost 7/8" in length.

The halfs still did not seperate. Maybe I didn't go far enough?

Do the halves come right apart when the pin is in the 2nd position or do you have to pry it?

The manual says just push the pin till it stops, But I didn't want to push it all the way out.

I am a noob

I'm glad I got the punch, because The first time I pressed on it it was so tight that
the punch slid of the pin and onto the receiver. It surely would of scratched with a
metal punch!!
