Those aren't Colt hand guards. The Colt's have double heat shields and are much thicker.

Based on this guide -Colt Handguard Guide - I believe that they may well be Colt. I don't think the older carbine guards were double heat shield like the M4s - I could be wrong tho.

The old style Colt HGs (before M4 like you suggested) were single heat shield & thinner that the current M4 style. |

Seems I may have found the wrong forum, thought this was the retro forum???
Carbine handguards with double heat shields and we have to consult a guide to see if single heat shields are correct? What is going on around here? Excellent score by the way! |
