I need a "How To" on changing out my grip and my trigger guard. There were a couple of really good step-by-step threads, but I can't seem to find them with search. I do remember a caution about flying springs, and a tip about doing the whole thing in a plastic bag, but don't remember the details and procedures. Can anybody help me out with a link, or a "ChangeOut for Dummies"? Thanks.

Make sure when you drive the back roll pin out that you support the ear of the receiver on a hard block with a hole in it for where the pin needs to fall out. Not doing so you will break the ear off your receiver and be pissed at yourself.

+1. This is probably the most critical part of the whole AR build up.
