I plan on ordering a barrel in 6.5 Grendel from ABS before the price goes up and wanted to use it with the Leitner Wise MRS Piston upper. From what I understand the carbine length piston can only function properly with barrels up to 18 inches in length? How much of a loss in velocity will there be when using an 18" versus a 20 inch barrel"?
