Got my Spikes Middy

Alright I have been hanging around the site here reading and learning. And after a lot of research I ordered a complete Spikes Mid Length about 2 1/2 weeks ago which arrived at my FFL today. I so happy wth my purchase and can't wait to try it out. So here are a few pics of what I am starting with. As you can see I already added my first mod in a Magpul CTR stock. Thanks to all for helping me decide as this is my first AR type rifle. I am planning on putting an Eotech 512 sight on it as well as some sort of different handguard (haven't really decided on anything just yet). I will say that this Spikes seems very high quality and attention to detail from top to bottom. They were awesome to deal with and answering my noob questions. On to the pics:

Nice rifle you have there and good choice. My next upper/rifle will be a Biohazard Spike's middy. Hopefully with a light weight barrel and 12" SAR rail.

Looks nice. I'm considering a Spikes middy upper also. Can you tell me just how much spidery stuff is on it? Is it just the bolt?

Great choice and nice rifle. Try a Magpul MOE, they allow you to add accesories without costing hundreds of dollars. Then when when the Black Rifle Disease strikes again and you buy your second AR, get a rail.

There are two spider logos on the upper that I have found. The first one is as you said on the bolt:

Looks good, thanks for showing that. I think you done good starting off with a KISS rifle. That's my plan too.

Now when you replace that pistol grip with a Magpul, remember the safety selector spring and detent will fall out if your not careful.

Don't ask me how I know your gonna do it .

Wow! That's a really nice outfit you got there! I'm looking at Spike's for my next AR. I'm a Florida Native and I had never heard of Spike's until a few months ago when I was building my gun. You looks like you chose well!

My FFL came through on Sunday...Spikes Middy also.
There is another logo...Keep looking.

and...here is your cousin...

with a few mods...got a QD mount coming, nothing wrong with the Boonie Packer kevlar silent...just wanted something else.
Still a virgin...

Congrats on a fine rifle. I just got my Spikes Middy a few weeks ago. I got their new SAR rail and it is really nice. I also chose the CTR stock. I wanted this one to be a little different than my other EBR's, so this is what I ended up with.

Awesome choice. I have sold over 30 Spikes Tacticals this year alone,,, Never a complaint about anything on the rifle.. Put a Tango Down Grip in her and you will be GTG.

My next order thats in processing is for a Spikes Middy with an18 inch Lother Walther LW 50 barrel. Chrome bolt upgrade, Geissele Trigger Group, KNS Pin set and Sampon BUIS...
