Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Goose Neck Mount?

OK, Got a spare 16" A2 Upper that has a KAC RIS on it.  I got a good deal on a used Aimpoint and QRP and want to mount it on this upper.  I've heard not to mount an Aimpoint on a Non-FF RIS/RAS, so will a Goose Neck mount solve the problem?  Anybody make one besides ARMS?  I'm trying to go bargain-basement here, but don't want to have POA/POI problems.

PRI also makes a quality gooseneck mount.

Smokeman you can't go wrong with the PRI.   I'd jump on that offer above, they're hard to find.
