Rifles with 1/7 twists seems to be hard to find. I want to be able to shoot the heavier bullets. Any recommendation on rifles? Hopefully something with a 16" barrel, chrome-lined and a flat top.

Not exactly a 16" bbl., but a heck of a deal IMHO...

I got mine in parts. Went to one shop and saw a complete upper with a 1/7 twist FNMI barrel. Got a decent price on it so I purchased it. Later I ws able to find a complete RRA NM lower at a good price so I got that too. Wasn't really looking, but that's how I got mine.

I just ordered a Saber Defence upper, 16", gov't profile, chrome lined, barrel is supposed to be super duper mil spec, and it has the "F" marked FSB. It's a flat top and has the "T" marks, also it has the true M4 barrel extensions. I ordered from Talon arms, there on the EE, check 'em out.

ETA: It's a mid-length upper. As far as a complete rifle go, there are plenty of EE dealers that sell complete lowers in all sorts of configurations, if you decide to order a separate upper.

Bravo Company sells 1 in 7 uppers. They are a sponsor for this board, look for their little advertisement and their deals in EE.
