Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Good AR Manual?

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good AR manual.  I just received one from gun guides and I am a little disappointed but did not pay much for it.  I am looking for one with nice pic's and a little more information than just a cleaning dissasembly.  I am wanting something that will walk me through a barrel and stock swap.

Here ya go lil buddy...www.ar15.com/content/guides/ and the SECOND post on Build it your self page 1. Assemble your own LOWER, UPPER, FREE FLOAT, TRIGGER, GAS BLOCK - Step by step instructions! by FALARAK. Lot's of pic. I used this for my lower assembly and to installed my receiver extension.
