Where do I find these and how do I use them?

Brownells, Bushmaster, and I believe Sinclair International, tho I'm not sure of the last one. Basically, I remove the ejector & spring from the bolt, place Go or NoGo gauge into the chamber. Slide the B/C w/bolt into the upper, check that the bolt doesn't close & lock onto the NoGo and DOES close/lock onto the Go.

It'll come with directions, you will only need the Go/NoGo. Don't bother with "Field".

I did the opposite, I just have the 1.4376" field gauge. I have a stripped bolt and basically check to see if the B/C is flush or not with the upper. If it's not flush (extending out towards the stock) with the field gauge, its good to go. If it is flush or more towards the barrel, the headspacing is unsafe.
