Hmmm...

M14 Military Bushmaster Lower Receiver

This item is in very good condition and is operating properly.

The receiver has cal. 223-5.56 MM on it.

It also has MOD. XM15-E2S, and L030800  on it.

Comes with one banana clip

I didn't know that Bushy made a M14 in .223

IBTL!

You can't sell firearms (the part that must be registered as a firearm) on ebay. You can't sell "assault weapon parts" on ebay. I don't think the ban going away will have any affect on that, since the ban didn't ban assault weapon parts to begin with.

But you can sell a nuclear-powered submarine on ebay ... go figure.

Probably some ATF guys messin around and hyping it up with bids to get other people interested in it. That way they can haul more bidders off to prison.

Too bad any bidders/buyers arent liable, as it is legal to buy a firearm from a private party....just not legal for THEM to sell it
I'd say all the potential buyers are probably criminals however...who else would pay that much unless you couldnt LEGALLY acquire one

This is probably a conspiracy by ebay and anti gun gropus. They haven't pulled it yet, they know it's there, they just want some criminal to buy it so they can show how assault weapons are flooding the streets.

Greetings!

Ebay has not changed its policy of prohibiting the selling of "guns", and "assault weapons parts, etc.

FYI, last week I attempted to list a Trijicon TA01 on Ebay.  Within a few hours it was pulled by them even though there were four other idendical Trijicons on sale at the time.  Go figger?he

I ended up reviewing my ad and changed some of the verbiage and photos believing that they must have some kind of software screening the ads (at least initially).  My modification worked!  I sold the Trijicon yesterday at a cost of some of my free speech rights.USMC-0302

He probably has it marked as M14 because anything that references AR15 is quickly nuked by the ebay police.

should some one tell him how many federal laws he is breaking

You might want to let me know what laws he's breaking.  Why is what he doing any different from what we do here or what happens on Gunbroker?

It is evident that the original auction was cancelled and replaced with a new one, so I can't tell for sure if he changed anything.

If he canceled/replaced the original auction it would have a new auction # and not be clickable via the 1st link.

The difference is that he is NOT Asking for FFL info and says he will ship" All items are shipped FED-EX Home Delivery insured unless otherwise stated us."  also he states he will ship WORLDWIDE.  On a smaller note, the "banana clip" is not legal in all 50 States + D.C. .  Yes, he just could have "forgotten" to put this in his auction description, but I bet he doesn't/didn't know the LAW.

Its all in the language....ebay "bots" scan the text use...just avoid "rifle, rifles, ar15, ar-15, m16, m-16, etc", and you should be okay.

The long Ebay email justifying their pulling of my sale item even cited the demise of the "Assault Weapons Ban" but that as a business they were not changing their policy.

I ended up reviewing my ad and changed some of the verbiage and photos believing that they must have some kind of software screening the ads (at least initially).  My modification worked!  I sold the Trijicon yesterday at a cost of some of my free speech rights.

I actually called him. "M-14" was a typo (for what, AR-15?!). He claims Ebay DID pull it even thought I just accessed the ad, and he "understands you can't ship to non-FFL". I assume "bannana clip" was a typo for "will not ship anywhere without an FFL."

it is done now.  not relisted.

i can't believe the ignorance of some people.

i just spent 30 minutes at the USPS trying to convince a couple of old people that I CAN ship a rifle lower and they need to look it up.
