Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gas Tube Leaking?

Hi everyone
I noticed that where the gas tube goes into the front sight,after shooting it is all black from escaping gas.Is this some kind of problem?I have shot over 300 rds. and I have never had a problem the rifle,it shoots consistently 1 1/2" groups with surplus ammo.

Some gas leakage is normal. All AR/M16 do it.

My Oly CAR-15 does it too. Keep on shooting.
