Hey guys,

I ordered the same item as grog18b (clamshell style upper receiver vice block) from Fulton Armory June 11, 2009. Their web-site says nothing about the item being on backorder. I called tonight June 15th at 4:30 pm. I know it's a half hour before people close up and want to go home, buuut, to wait on hold for twenty minutes to be told that the item is indeed out of stock and when I ask the guy when they might expect it back in stock he replies "If you don't get it in a couple of days call us back."

Well, with an order in at Del-Ton from Feb. 27th and no firm delivery date in sight, I'm unsure as to what good customer service is????

They never update their site . They also charge the CC immediately upon placing order. Positive thing is it easy to talk to them over the phone
