I got my Eotech 512 attached on my AR, but i have a problem and i'm here to ask for help and give me some idea, i would really appreciate it.

should I leave my front sight as is it or replace it with a flip one?

Depends on what you like...  Some people like to co-witness, some people prefer a clean sight picture.

For myself, with a fixed LMT BUIS, when I concentrate upon the holographic with the EOTech, everything else is "blurred-out" as it should.  The focus of the eye should be on the holographic display of the EOTech, while still permitting the user a "heads-up" view of the periphery.

That I have the capability to co-witness, should I choose, presents an option--one that I like.

Just my .02

I don't mind the standard FSB with my EOTech. It's all personal preference, really.

Keep the fixed front sight.

I like flip fronts and can make hits at CQB distances (at least in Sims scenarios) using just the tube of the aimpoint and no dot.
