First I would like to say thank you to everyone at this board for asking and answering all questions I could have had.  I have been reading the boards for about 6 months and have learned all I have wanted about AR's and firearms in general.  My buddy who has built many AR's helped my put this rifle together.

The rifle is a DPMS lower matched to a Del-ton 16" M4 kit.  I was very satisfied with the quality of all the parts and service.  I have put about 500 rounds through it without malfunctions.  I have thought about adding an aimpoint, but I kind of like it plain better (plus I have no money left).  I am already thinking about another rifle that I could add all the accessories to.  I must have BRD.hankshttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a357/Sooner67/DSC00344.jpg

Very Cool!

I like evil black rifles and hanguns.

They go good together!

Make sure you get PLENTY of ammo to break it in. I bet you'll want to make sure it's funtioning 100%

Define armory level? Sounds to me like he bought a complete lower and attached it to an upper. At the most he installed a lower parts kit...which is easier than building a toy car model

It was a complete upper and stripped lower.  I'll probably assemble the entire rifle from parts for my next build. (when I can get the funds)

Go for it. With the right tools and instruction its duck soup. You dont need to be a rocket scientist or even an armorer(whatever that means) to build a rifle from the ground up. Learn from your mistakes and be safe.

So I give the young ninja an A+ for actually reading previous posts, and probably using the search function instead of posting dupe questions!
