Hey guys gonna start my first build:) Im super excited but scared at the same time. I was hoping to get some help on a good Lower Receiver and parts kit to start with. Im a college accounting student on a budget. Ive had my eyes on a Aero Precision Lower but not sure if its worth it?

IMO the best deal going for someone on a budget....

Anderson Lower at AIM

ETA: I have one without the integral trigger guard and it was well worth the money.

Palmetto State makes some really good stuff. I'm a recent college grad and just built my first one this past summer on a PSA blem and you couldn't find the blemish if you tried. Shoots great, no problems.

I've built on a couple of the Anderson lowers and other than the ugly roll marking/logo, I've been happy with there stuff.

CMMG makes great lower parts kits.

Yes, The Aero is a good brand name.

Many folks stand behind it and swear by it.

First build was  on an Aero Precision. I've  used them, PSA, RRA, Spikes, and Anderson. All gtg, buy the cheapest in your area and use the savings on ammunition

Decided to take you advice and get something cheaper. Stood with the Aero and saving my money for future rounds :)

This is exactly what I have done thus far on the majority of my parts. A little bit of reputation goes a long way for a company and it doesn't always come with a huge markup on their products. When it comes to barrel/bcg though it'll be a different story.
