Other than Trijicon, does anyone make fiberoptic-illuminated magnified sights?

The Meprolight M21 is a dual illuminated reflex sight.



As for magnified optics, though, Trijicon has the patent for the fiber/tritium setup. They're the only game in town AFAIK.

Not in a modern optic unless licensed like mentioned above. The next closest thing is Leupold uses a fiber optic dot that is illuminated by electronic illumination in their VXR line.
