If you are going to buy in bulk, I would advise not getting the XM855.  Federal is OK, but it can be hit or miss batch to batch.  For the same money, you can get NATO spec first run ammo from Lithuania.  They are a NATO approved vendor for the militaries that are part of NATO.   On Ammunitiontogo.com's website, they have a good price on it.   I would go that route as all the barss is new, no dings, dents, etc.  And it isn't bulk packed in a box.  You get a nice ammo can as well.
