I got some of this today....the casings are Lake City, with a nato stamp....box says 55gr .223Rem
(thought the only thing that got the nato stamp was 62gr 5.56mm?)

This stuff appears to be the Lake City I am used to, in a different package, and downloaded to .223Rem

Any reviews, or comments?
Ammo looks real clean, cleanest of anything I have bought so far actually.
Hopefully the stuff is as good as the XM193 marked boxes I am used to.

Your Ammo is American Eagle, Federal Gets some brass from Lake City once in a while.

Edited to add: It works real good, just like American Eagle should

Good ammo. Not as good as XM193 but good nonetheless. Not as hot as XM193.

I shot about 200 rounds of this at the range yesterday. Really good stuff, clean and reliable.

There has been a few people posting lately that they have been getting LC NATO brass with .223 AE ammo. I recently bought a few boxes of .223 AE but wasn't lucky enough to get any with LC brass. Like everyone posted above it is just regular AE.223 with LC brass

Federal has the contract to run Lake City for the military (Winchester used to have it). If they have too much "LC" stamped brass any given month, it will go onto their regular production line, which also may find itself making ammo for the military from time to time.
