Ok,
So I'm pursuing (at least in the planning stage) my "Mid Length Dissy" project (registered idea of Underdog_75).  However, instead of a folding FS, I'd like a permanent or traditional FS/FSB.  The problem seems to be that the barrel at the FSB is .750" but farther up where I want it, it's only .740".

Now are the clamp on flavors of FS meant to accomodate a .740"?  And for the doozie...Does anyone make a NON-folding FS/FSB that will fit a .740" well?  I've heard of the Fulton one, but does anyone have any experience with the quality of this part?

Thanks
Rich

Anyone?  Any ideas?  What about "shimming" a "regular" FSB?

What about getting a .625" A1 FSB and having the end of the barrel contoured so it would fit, and then having a Phantom put on the end?  Would that work?  Would the end of the barrel look to skinny to have the Phantom on it?

[crickets] anyone? [\crickets]
