What options do I have for the following criteria (for M4gery):
Free float, 4 Pic spec rails (or will work with aftermarket accesories),
and must be easy to install. I DO NOT want to have to remove the FS.
I could possibly deal with removing the barrel, but rather not have to.
#1 on my list so far is the Troy MRF-C

There is no rail that requires removal of the barrel but not the front sight.

If you want to attach an MRF, RAS II or SIR-M you have to get rid of the delta ring one way or another. Pulling the barrel is faster and less of a mess than Dremeling it all off.

RASII does not require the user to cut off the delta ring so it's easier to install. The hump is kind of useless and irksome unless one uses an Aimpoint. So between the RASII and MRF-C, RASII gets my vote.
