Federal Lake City XM193 is the standard that all other .223/5.56 is compared to... It's the ammo of choice of the hoarders, with Q3131a running a damn close second... In keeping with the official motto of ARFcom, get both! |

XM193 is an execllent cartridge. In testing with a chronograph, it averages about 100fps over other well respected loads: Q3131A and PMP(M1A3) It is accurate, reliable, and can be found at good prices. It will have a greater recoil and muzzel blast. You can feel confidant about having a very good round when you choose this load.
