unfortunately i lived in Kalifornia..  i do have 2 AR-15 that are registered with DOJ..and i want to build another AR-15.....and i saw Enterprise Arms ,Irwindale,CA has FAB 10 complete lower with Collapsible stock for $499??? is this good buy????

Seems high to me...aren't Fab10s usually about $300-350 stripped?  Add about $65 for a lower parts kit, and maybe another $70 for a Rock River 6 position stock, and you get $435-485.  It would also depend on what kind of stock it comes with.  

I need to get off my butt and buy a Fab10.

yes..but i was lucky and smart enough to purchased 2 AR lower before the ban....and i really want to build another AR. with FAG 10,,,i want to build 20" bull barrel AR-15 for hunting coyote or varmint.......
