I have heard that AR Lower Forgings cannot be exported. This seems a little strange to me. Anyone know about this or where I can find out for sure?
Regards and Merry Christmas,
Ray

I have heard similar but never tried to buy them when out of  country. It may just be that DSA doesnt want to ship them.

I have seen pics here of some that where confiscated in the Phillipeans.

Can't do it without a permit according to the State Dept.  Even screws that are destined for use on a gun of any sort can't be exported without a permit.
